REFERENCES, TESTS AND CERTIFICATES |
|
|
Since 1959,
many millions of square meters of MonileŽ have been installed all over
Europe, Africa, Middle East and the United States... Mainly in the meat
industry and breweries, but also in many other areas of the food industry,
and in the heavy mechanical and engineering industries. Many of these floors are still in service today, having received very little or no maintenance at all. |
|
Accross
the world, independent laboratories and testing institutes have been asked
to give an objective evaluation and assessment of MonileŽ.
MonileŽ has also been certified and approved by Bureau Véritas. |
|
INSURANCE BACKED GUARANTEES |
| An Insurance Backed Guarantee is available for the applied MonileŽ floor (for periods up to 10 years). Contact us for more details. |

PRODUCTS IN THE MONILEŽ SYSTEM |
| MonileŽ
PU: A mortar based on polyurethane resins, especially developed for the food industry. It shows the same mechanical properties as standard MonileŽ combined with outstanding chemical resistance. MonileŽ PU is available in the same standard colours as MonileŽ and both types can be combined in the same area. |
MonileŽ
AQ: A waterbased epoxy-emulsion wich can be applied on top of MonileŽ to give a higher chemical resistance. The MonileŽ surface is covered by a film wich makes it more suitable for dry areas in the food processing industry and for the mechanical industry. |
